HALEY WOOLARD
For our capstone project, our team delved into both primary and secondary research to craft a comprehensive business model canvas centered around our innovative concept: dairy proteins produced through precision fermentation for the cosmetic and personal care industry. Our aim was twofold: to provide high-quality alternatives to conventional ingredients while empowering consumers to make sustainable choices. Through numerous presentations featuring industry panel discussions, we showcased the viability and potential impact of our idea. Our final deliverables, including a meticulously curated capstone portfolio, encapsulated months of dedicated work, strategic planning, and a commitment to innovation in pursuit of a more sustainable future.
